On Christmas break, I got to see family and I got some presents. I got to see My Grandma and Grandpa Pollett, my Aunt Mary, my Uncle Royce, my Aunt Doe, and my Uncle Jerry when we had Christmas with my dad's side of the family. On my mom's side, I got to see my Grandma Carla, my Aunt Leslie, my Uncle Nick, my Aunt Deborah, my cousins Jake, Elijah, Ruby, and my favorite cousin Bekah. I also got to see my brother Austin whose 20 and his girlfriend Logan whose 19 (I think).
At Christmas with my dad's side, we went over to my Grandma and Grandpa Pollett's house and ate a lot of food, hung out with family, and then we opened presents. I got a bowl and a mug that says "MY mug" and "MY bowl". I've already used those a lot. I also got nail polish, a lot of makeup (I won't use those though), and a T-shirt.
At Christmas on my mom's side, we had some food, hung out with family, played a couple of games, and then opened presents. One of the games we played was where you have to unwrap a box full of stuff like a sketchbook, pens, bracelets, necklaces, lottery tickets, and a bunch of other stuff like that. The thing is you have to unwrap it with a pair of oven mitts. You have to have more than 4 people because the person next to you is trying to roll doubles on dice (two 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, or 6s). When it's your turn to roll the dice and you get doubles, you give the dice to the other person. Now you put the gloves on and unwrap. Once they get doubles, you take the gloves off and give the box to the other person. It also has to be wrapped more than 3 times. Once someone opens it, you have to stand up and sing the 12 Days Of Christmas song except you replace the words "partridge in a pear tree" and the other ones with the stuff in the box. I don't know what its called though.
The next game we played is where money, candy, bracelets, and stuff like that is rolled up in saran wrap . The player next to you has to roll doubles just like the first game. You have want to unwrap the saran wrap, but you CANNOT rip it. When something falls out, you get to keep it. When someone wins, they don't have to do anything but celebrate.
I got an outfit from my grandma and ended up winning a bunch of pop rocks, necklaces, and lottery tickets.
At Christmas at home with like stockings and presents under the tree, I got a twister lamp, lots of clothes, a mini stereo, and stuff like a toothbrush and toothpaste.
Overall, I think it was a Christmas with my family.
